Become an Instructor

The Ski Montcalm Snow School is currently looking for instructors to teach skiing and snowboarding for the winter season.

All Ski Montcalm instructors must be CSIA certified to teach skiing and CASI certified to teach snowboarding. The ski resort offers Level I ski and snowboard training at the beginning of the season. The minimum age requirement for Level I certification is 15 years old.

In order to prepare for the Level I certification, we strongly recommend that you take the pre-instructor course offered by the Snow School.

If you still do not have the minimum age required to become an instructor, the Snow School offers you the opportunity to be an assistant instructor during the five or nine weeks of group lessons. This is an unpaid internship with benefits for young people who show an interest in teaching snow sports.
