Tickets and Passes: How Does It Work?

The new RFID card (Radio Frequency Identification) will replace the old season pass and the ticket attached to a pin. Here’s how it works:

Before your visit:

  • Create or log into your customer account on the Ski Montcalm store. This step is essential to link your card to your profile and will give you access to all services.

IMPORTANT: To purchase multiple tickets or passes, you must add each member of your group to the “family” section of your account. Don’t forget to add a photo of each person.

  • Add the desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout.

At the resort:

  • Go to one of the pickup boxes (located at the ticket office outside or at the rental desk inside) or to the ticket counter with your QR code in hand (printed or on your mobile phone), which you will receive by email after your purchase.
  • Collect your card, place it in the left pocket of your jacket, and head to the slopes.
    Precautions: Remove any metal objects that may interfere with the card’s reading (keys, cell phones, other cards).
  • Recharge your card online and head directly to the lift on your next visit!

Lost, stolen, or damaged card: What should you do?
Notify customer service on-site, by phone at 450-834-3139, or by email at inscription@skimontcalm.com. Your old card will be canceled for security reasons. A reprint fee of $5 plus taxes will be charged for a new card.

Can the card be used by multiple people?
This card is reserved for the holder only (non-transferable), except for corporate pass holders. Any unauthorized use of the card will be considered fraud and may result in a ban from the site and legal action.

Can I purchase a ticket or pass on-site?
You can make your purchase on-site, but you must first create a customer account online before proceeding with the purchase. If you have any questions, we’ll be happy to assist you at the customer service counter.

Maneige products: How does it work?
Starting in the 2024-2025 season, Maneige product holders will be able to purchase their ticket for Ski Montcalm through their Maneige account and access the lifts directly without going to the ticket counter. If you forget your Maneige card, you will need to create a customer account on the Ski Montcalm store and pay a $5 plus taxes fee for a Ski Montcalm card.
